Northwest Region

Northwest Florida (referred to by some as the "Panhandle") for its shape, is best known for it's award winning, powdery white sand beaches and emerald green waters.

Coastal towns and cities offer some of Florida's best beach and waterfront camping.There is a wealth of activities from horseback riding near the coastline to zip lining, kayaking, canoeing, hiking and biking, amusement parks, water parks, major attractions and all types of waterspouts.

North of the coast there are an abundance of rural lakes, rivers and springs that offer endless opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts of all ages. Florida's capitol,Tallahasse is the largest city in the region and home to FSU and other state Colleges and Universities.

North Region

Narrow lanes and charming courtyards of historic St.Augustine, the nation’s oldest city, North Florida offers a wealth of experiences to discover.

In Fernandina Beach, stroll the walkable town lined with cafes and a farmers’ market. Head inland and there is access to many of the state's most scenic rivers, springs, and wildlife areas.This area of North Florida is also known for having many quaint, rural "main street" towns with antique shops, galleries and restaurants.

Continue West to Florida's Nature Coast and visit historic seaside towns known for great Gulf seafood. All of this and more is just outside your door from the RV Parks and Campgrounds listed in this section.

Central Region

Central Florida has virtually every type of scenery and activity the state offers and is home to the some of the world's top theme parks.

Both the East and West coast have top rated beaches and everthing from quaint coastal towns to sophisticated metropolitan cities. Inland, there are an abundance of lakes, springs, rivers and public lands offering endless eco-opportunities.

South Region

In South Florida, step to the lively Latin beat of Miami, sway to the calypso rhythms of the Florida Keys or thrill to music of a different sort – the whir of line spinning off your reel as a sailfish leaps out of the water. Try deep-sea fishing off Fort Lauderdale, pursue largemouth bass in Lake Okeechobee or go kayak fishing in the Ten Thousand Islands.

Peruse Naples’ upscale boutiques, search for shells on Sanibel or view Baroque masters in Sarasota’s Ringling Museum. See our underwater attractions by snorkeling or scuba diving in the Keys. Welcoming RV resorts are scattered across South Florida’s big cities, small towns and natural areas.
