Conveniently located just ¼ mi off exit 141 from I-75 on the Orange River. Only 2 miles from downtown Ft. Myers with plenty of live entertainment and great eating. 25 miles from Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel and many other SW Florida beaches. Minutes away from 2 airports, 3 hospitals and SW Florida attractions. There are 39 RV sites so we are big enough to serve you but small enough to know you. Half our lots are on canals with free docking privileges and direct access to the Gulf via our private boat ramp or fish from our beautiful 80' fishing pier with cleaning station on the Orange River. Cement patios, propane fire pit, ample parking and laundry facilities. Enjoy friendly competition on our free 9 hole golf course (men's scramble on Mon & Wed, ladies scramble on Thurs.) 6 shuffleboard courts, 6 bocce ball courts and a pickle ball court. Participate in chorus, meals, billiards, cards, games, bingo, exercise classes, karaoke, parties and crafting, Take morning walks or bicycle through our quite streets. Our large air-conditioned community room has a computer station and free WI-FI, a pool table, a library of books and DVD’s and a nice kitchen. Our huge pavilion accommodates steakburger feeds and picnics with large gatherings. You may come for the LOCATION or the AMENITIES but you'll stay because of the FRIENDSHIPS you've formed during your stay. Several RVers stay for the entire 6 month season and leave their RVs on site. Secure your site early as we fill up fast. *Service and comfort animals" permitted with proper documentation.
