FLORIDA IS OPEN AND CONTINUES TO BE THE BEST PLACE TO CAMP.

Hurricane Ian was a devastating storm and caused major flooding and severe damage along the coastal areas of Ft. Myers Beach, Captive and Sanibel Island and Estero Bay and Bonita Springs. Some RV parks received extensive damage and will be closed for an extended period of time. Our thoughts and prayers go out to these park owners, their staff, and their guests who’s lives and businesses have been temporarily devastated by this storm. We wish them the best as they rebuild.

Fortunately most of the parks in the SW Florida have re-opened and have power. Florida is a very large state with over 800 RV parks, and SW Florida has more RV parks than any other area of the state. Rest assured Florida is open for visitors and welcoming all RVers and campers.

We are located in the City of Palmetto, Florida, right on the Manatee River.
Park facilities include: nine (9) shuffle courts, swimming pool and clubhouse with 2 billiard tables, card room and
library. Restrooms with showers and street lights for security. Dump stations, fishing and boating on the Manatee River, direct to the Gulf of Mexico by boat. Boat ramps and docks are easily accessible.

We are within walking distance of a supermarket, post office, medical center, dentist, eye clinic, drug store, churches, restaurants and banks. The hospital is within one (1) mile. Within a few miles are golfing, fishing pier, many shopping malls,
flea markets, beaches, civic center and planetarium.
We have RV services and repairs nearby.

Numerous activities are scheduled for your entertainment. You may be as active or as inactive as you wish.We have RV sites that we do rent out during the Winter season. For these sites we require a one month deposit to hold the site. You need to rent the site for a minimum of three (3) months. If you are brand new to our Park or have not been here before 2007, a background check is required.
One party must be at least 55 years of age or older and the other person must be at least 45 years of age or older. WE DON'T ALLOW PETS OF ANY KIND! WE ALSO DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN!

The rate for the RV lots includes: Electric, Water, Garbage Pick-Up, Sewer & Maintenance.
