Sunshine Village is nestled inside the lush green countryside of Sumter County in Central Florida. However we are also located near I-75 within one hour of the action and adventure of Tampa and Orlando!
Our guests and residents enjoy the peaceful serenity of Florida nature and are also close to major cultural events, festivals, regional shopping centers and theme parks.
Our Homes
For new homes we are featuring 2023 Nobility and Champion Homes. They sell quickly in our community so call 352-793-8626 to learn what we have that is near completion but not yet listed. We may also have homes available that are listed by private owners.

Our RV sites
Our paved RV super sites are 83 x 43 with 72 x 20 quality concrete pads. So parking your rig will be a SNAP on our extra large sites!
We also offer standard paved sites and grass sites with concrete pads with sizes from 20 x 40 up to 20 x 60.
All sites provide full hook-ups with 30-50 amps. Our resort map provides a quick snap shot of how our community is organized.

Booking your stay!
A rate sheet for RV sites can be found at the bottom of the play. The prices listed are "base rates" and can fluctuate based on market demands and resort occupancy at the time of your booking and your requested stay date.
Daily & Weekly Stays
When you are ready to book your stay, you can call or use our "Book Online" button to check rates and availability "real time."
Monthly stays (30 days +)
When you stay for 30 days or longer, rates are provided at a discounted rates. You must call our office in order to book a longer term stay.
