Sunshine Village is nestled inside quiet, green Central Florida countryside near The Villages. We are located near I-75 and within an hour of Tampa, Orlando and Ocala! So, our guests can enjoy the peaceful serenity of Florida nature and also remain close to major cultural events, festivals, regional shopping centers and theme parks. Additionally, we are near numerous smaller cities like The Villages, Clermont, Dade City, Leesburg, and Tavares, each with its own unique character and charm.

Our premium RV sites are spacious with 72 x 20 quality concrete pads and feature plenty of green space between each site. We also have standard sites with concrete pads up to 20 X 60. All sites offer quality concrete pads, full hook-up and 30/50 amp.
