We are just miles from Blackwater River State Park where you can canoe, kayak, or tube down the beautiful Blackwater River. Sunburst RV Resort is a quiet oasis complete with cabins and RV spaces, perfect for families or couples escaping from busy lifestyles or seeking refuge from winter climates. It is nestled in the woods of Milton, Florida surrounded by lush farmland. The resort is located just far enough out of town to be secluded and close enough to Milton, Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, and several small towns in Santa Rosa County to explore.
Just a few country miles away are several wonderful antique shops and restaurants to visit. The more adventurous can experience kayaking in one of the nearby rivers, hiking and exploring the Blackwater Forest and a zip line adventure nearby. Exceptional amenities make Sunburst a destination in itself. The campground boasts two swimming pools, hot tub, club house and a game room. The road and boardwalks throughout the camp provide a perfect opportunity for exercise or a peaceful stroll throughout the serene grounds.

Our cabins:
We have several options for our cabins. We have cabins designed for couples. We also boast larger cabins that are set up for families with kids and friends. We recently gave all our cabin interiors a facelift and new furnishings. We call it glamping instead of camping. The cabins have full kitchens and baths. A great way to attain the RV experience without the expense of an RV.
Amenities: (two swimming pools)
Pool #1. Our larger pool is a volleyball pool. A great place for family fun or a serious game of water volleyball. This pool is also great for exercise or just a lazy day in the pool and sun.
Pool#2. Our second pool is in a cozy area of our grounds. It is a great place to get away from the crowd and enjoy a swim or a dip in the nearby Jacuzzi. You can also sit on our deck under an umbrella looking out over the pool and many beautiful trees.
Jacuzzi: Our Jacuzzi is placed near our second pool. It is covered in an open air gazebo to protect you from the sun. A great opportunity to soothe tired muscles or just simply relax with friends.
Clubhouse:
Our clubhouse offers a great place to fellowship, play board games or catch up on sports, news or the big game on our satellite TV. We also offer free WiFi. The clubhouse is an inviting place to cool off from the summer heat.
