Land Yacht Harbor in Melbourne, FL, features 300 full hookup sites (30/50 amp) that all include 8' x 10' sheds with a concrete base, concrete driveway runners, and patio pads. The park is clean, pet-free, and has arts/music events. Affordable, welcoming, and perfect for long stays, it’s ideal for 55+ RVers seeking peace or an active social calendar, just minutes from the Atlantic.

Land Yacht Harbor is held under a corporate structure and is owned by its 300 shareholders. We have a Board of Directors that guide the park’s policies and ensure its financial success. Stock ownership is not required to reside in our park; however, shareholders have additional rental options and can receive lower rates. Sites are available for both short term and long term (seasonal) rental for up to six months. We have 300 sites available.

Please note:
All rentals are restricted to adults age 55 or older who own an Airstream or other approved recreational vehicle brand. Land Yacht Harbor does not have shower facilities. All recreational vehicles are required to have functioning toilet and bath facilities. Our park does not have a swimming pool, nor do we have a laundry room. There are good quality laundromats within a short drive from us. Summer guests may include families with children between May to September. Pets are NOT allowed at any time.
